Platform Terms of Service

01Acceptance

Welcome to InoQlate, operated by Alastrya FZCO. By creating an account or using the InoQlate platform, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and our Platform Privacy Policy.

02Eligibility

You must be legally authorized to use the platform and provide accurate registration information. If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to this Agreement.

You access and use the platform in a business or professional capacity.

03Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activities performed using your account, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents. You agree to provide accurate and current registration information.

04Identity Verification and SMS Authentication

To protect your account, InoQlate uses email and SMS one-time passcodes (OTPs) for identity verification, multi-factor authentication (MFA), password recovery, and other account security functions.

If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and explicitly consent during registration, you authorize InoQlate to send transactional authentication SMS messages required to verify and secure your account.

SMS consent is obtained separately from acceptance of this User Agreement and the Platform Privacy Policy.

These messages are strictly transactional and are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, although doing so may prevent you from completing phone-based account verification or multi-factor authentication.

Registration consent language (summary). During signup, users see substantially the following disclosure before creating an account:

“By providing your mobile number and creating an account, you consent to receive transactional SMS one-time passcodes from InoQlate for registration, login verification, and account security. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; circumvent security controls; interfere with availability or performance; or abuse authentication or messaging functionality.

06Intellectual Property

The InoQlate platform, including its software, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, remains the property of Alastrya FZCO or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the platform.

07Service Availability

The platform is provided on an evolving basis. Features may change between QA, staging, preview, and production releases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

08Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by the Platform Privacy Policy.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alastrya FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, compromise platform security, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

11Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted together with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Alastrya FZCO, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
