Platform Privacy Policy

What this covers. These documents govern the InoQlate platform (account registration, login, security, and transactional authentication messages). They do not replace the website newsletter sign-up policies at /privacy and /terms. Marketing or launch-update SMS from the website is covered separately.

This Privacy Policy describes how InoQlate (“InoQlate”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Alastrya FZCO, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the InoQlate platform.

This Privacy Policy applies to testing (QA), staging, preview, and production environments of the platform unless otherwise stated.

By creating an account or using InoQlate, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

What this policy covers. This policy applies to the InoQlate platform and account services. It does not apply to the marketing website newsletter sign-up at inoqlate.com, which is governed by our Website Privacy Policy.

01Information We Collect

When you register for an InoQlate account or use our services, we may collect:

  • Mobile phone number
  • Organization or company information
  • User account credentials
  • Authentication and security information
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and secure the InoQlate platform.

  • Deliver one-time passcodes (OTPs)
  • Support multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Protect accounts from unauthorized access
  • Detect fraud and abuse
  • Maintain platform security

We do not use authentication SMS messages for advertising or promotional purposes.

03SMS Authentication Messages

If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and explicitly consent to receive authentication text messages during registration, InoQlate may send SMS messages including:

  • Account verification codes
  • Login verification codes
  • Password reset verification codes
  • Security confirmation messages
  • Other authentication messages required to protect your account

These messages are transactional and are sent only when initiated by your account activity. Examples include new account registration, login requiring multi-factor authentication, password reset, security verification, and sensitive account changes.

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

04SMS Consent

Your SMS consent applies only to InoQlate authentication messages.

SMS consent is obtained separately from acceptance of the Platform Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any authentication message, although doing so may prevent you from completing phone-based account verification or multi-factor authentication.

05SMS Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, transfer, disclose, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is used solely to deliver the authentication messages you request while using the InoQlate platform.

We may use service providers (such as SMS and email delivery providers) solely to deliver messages on our behalf under contract.

06Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to help operate our platform, including providers for cloud hosting, identity verification, security monitoring, email delivery, SMS delivery, and customer support.

These providers process personal information only on our behalf and only for purposes necessary to provide our services. They are contractually required to protect your information.

07Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account security, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Authentication logs may be retained for security and audit purposes.

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, role-based access controls, authentication and authorization controls, security monitoring, audit logging, and regular security updates.

Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal information during international transfers.

InoQlate is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page together with the updated effective date.

14A2P 10DLC SMS Compliance Statement

InoQlate sends transactional authentication SMS messages only. These messages are used exclusively for account registration, identity verification, multi-factor authentication, password recovery, and account security.

InoQlate does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages through this platform messaging program.

Users explicitly consent to receive authentication messages during account registration.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
